And my friends and family know that I'm a bit of a rum fiend, so when I walked out of my room and saw 6 different bottles of rum, everything from Cpt. Morgan (meh), to Cruzan aged (yay!), to Sailor Jerry's (yay!), this was my face:

Also, one of my friends brought over a Kindle Fire HD with a bad boot sector for me to have. Why is this a great gift? Because she knows me well enough to know that I was just going to root it and rom it anyway, haha.

So gents, I bid you adieu for the rest of the day. I have a feeling in the morning my face will look more like this:

Update: Apparently someone heard my birthday wishes, because the weather report is saying we're likely to get some snow on the ground for a couple of days. =D

How do you feel about Kraken? I bought it soley based on the bottle. I was not dissapointed.

I was. Some Kraken at least is a bit too raw and bilgey - I don't know if it all is. I mean, it's strong, but that's not the only reason to buy a rum, now is it?

Cool bottle + a killer buzz = probably not a waste, just not really the best rum out there.

Ah, the Sailor. That particular brand of rum has become sort of a standing joke at my house, thanks to a bachelor party a few of my friends and I attended, in which we got drank under the table by one of the groom's friends that we had never met.

We drank Sailor Jerry's that night, after having already consumed a very, very large amount of beer...and we were all pretty fucked up for the wedding the next day.

I honestly couldn't tell you if I thought the rum was good; we just don't drink it anymore. That night was crazy.

Lol, I had a similar incident with Jim Bean back in college. I can't even look at the stuff anymore without feeling ill. Pro-tip: Playing a drinking game where you watch 'Good Will Hunting' and take a shot every time someone says a variant of the word 'Fuck' sounds like a great idea.
